Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy and adore your purchase. If you’re not 100% completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within the timeframes outlined below.

All returns require prior authorisation.
Unauthorised parcels will be refused.

What’s Eligible for Return or Refund

You may return or request a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the item:

  • Was received damaged or defective (must be reported within 14 days with clear photos)
  • Was sent in error (wrong item)
  • Was lost in transit
  • Is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Customised or bespoke items (e.g. special finishes, made-to-order sizes, dimmable modifications)
  • Incorrectly sized items (Please check product description clearly before ordering)
  • Items returned outside of the return window
  • Clearance or final sale items, as marked at checkout

Please ensure measurements and specifications are correct before purchasing. We’re happy to assist if you’re unsure.

Return Authorisation 

All returns must be authorised. Here’s how:

  1. Email us at info@ievadeco.com
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)
    • A brief description of the issue

Do not return items without our authorization!

Shipping & Return Costs

  • For all returns, you are responsible for:
    • Return shipping
    • Any import duties or customs fees

Use a trackable courier and retain proof of postage. Your parcel remains your responsibility until we confirm receipt.

Restocking Fee

17% restocking fee applies to returns not caused by IEVA DECO error.
This helps us reduce waste and manage repackaging costs.

Processing & Refund Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Your bank/card provider may take 3–10 business days to post the refund

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is completed.

Order Cancellations & Warranty

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order.
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, free of charge (possible only for direct bank transfer payment method).

While we aim to make this process as seamless as possible, we want to inform our customers about the transaction fee policy that is in place. This policy on order cancellations and associated transaction fees, is designed to comply with European consumer protection laws.When an order is placed, a transaction fee is charged by the payment provider for processing the payment. This fee amounts 5%-10% of the total order value. These fees are levied by payment processors and are standard across many types of transactions.

Our Cancellation Policy

In the event you decide to cancel your order, please be aware of the following:
Transparency: The 5%-10% transaction fee, which is charged by your payment provider, cannot be refunded. This is because the payment providers do not refund these fees to us in the event of a cancellation.

Fairness: The deduction of the transaction fee from your refund is strictly limited to covering the non-refundable costs we incur directly from your payment. We ensure that this policy is only to recuperate costs and not to penalise our customers.

Notification: This policy is clearly communicated to our customers via the order cancellation information provided on our website. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge and agree to this condition regarding cancellations.
After that, we begin processing and shipping, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Warranty

At IEVA DECO, all our products come with a 2-year warranty to give you complete peace of mind. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults in craftsmanship during normal use. Please note that shipping costs for delivery and returns are the responsibility of the customer, including in cases where a product is being returned for repair or replacement under warranty.
